Clam Chowder Soup

Ingredients:

  • 6 cans (water from 2 cans) Gorton’s Chopped clams
  • 2 cans Campbell’s Cream of celery
  • 2 cans Cream of potato
  • 2 cans Skim milk
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium chopped Onion

Method:

  1. Sauté onion and garlic until transparent.
  2. Add clams. Stir 5 minutes.
  3. Add soups. Add milk. Simmer for 30-45 minutes.
  4. Add hot sauce or black pepper to taste.

Serves 10.
