Clam Chowder Soup

Ingredients:
- 6 cans (water from 2 cans) Gorton’s Chopped clams
- 2 cans Campbell’s Cream of celery
- 2 cans Cream of potato
- 2 cans Skim milk
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 medium chopped Onion
Method:
- Sauté onion and garlic until transparent.
- Add clams. Stir 5 minutes.
- Add soups. Add milk. Simmer for 30-45 minutes.
- Add hot sauce or black pepper to taste.
Serves 10.
