Vegetarian Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 – 3 celery stalks
  • 3 – 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 c tomato puree
  • 1-1/2 c red wine
  • Water
  • Olive oil
  • Thyme
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method:

  1. Chop.
  2. Cook.
  3. Eat.

I should really work on formalizing that method, huh?
