Vegetarian Bolognese

Ingredients:
- 1 large onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 – 3 celery stalks
- 3 – 4 garlic cloves
- 2 c tomato puree
- 1-1/2 c red wine
- Water
- Olive oil
- Thyme
- Red pepper flakes
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
Method:
- Chop.
- Cook.
- Eat.
I should really work on formalizing that method, huh?
