Energy Booster Mix
Recipe by Sandeep Choudhary (Yoga teacher)
Ingredients:
- 100 gms cashew nuts 4 oz (wt)
- 100 gms almonds 4 oz (wt)
- 100 gms misri / khadi sakhar 4 oz (wt)
- 50 gms fennel seeds 2 oz (wt)
- 25 gms black pepper 1 oz (wt)
Method:
- Grind all ingredients and store in a cool place.
- Add one teaspoon to milk and drink once a day.
