Pani Puri

Ingredients:
- 1 c mint leaves
- ½ c coriander leaves
- 4 green chillies
- 3 Tbsp tamarind pulp
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp black salt
- ½ tsp dry ginger powder
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
Method:
- Blend the leaves and chillies in the blender with the pulp and lemon juice.
- Add the dry spices and continue blending until a fine paste.
- Dilute with icy cold water and serve cold with puris, moong, potato and sev.
Serves 50 puris.
