Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients:
- 1 head Cauliflower
- Fried onion
- Cashews halved + ground
- Ginger, garlic
- Yogurt
- Green peas
- Raisins
- Garam masala
- Cardamom, whole
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Chop cauliflower into large florets. Saute briskly till golden brown.
- Arrange in a flat pan in one or two layers.
- Roast whole cardamom, some raisins and half the cashews. Sprinkle on top of the cauliflower. Add peas.
- Roast remaining cashews, onions, garam masala, garlic and ginger and grind to a paste. Add salt.
- Generously mix yogurt into the mix to make a sauce. Saute well.
- Pour over cauliflower and bake in microwave or oven until heated through.
