Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 – 11” pizza pan
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ c oil
  • ½-2/3 c milk
  • 1 green pepper [chopped]
  • 1 mushroom [canned]
  • Ground meat [cooked]
  • Pizza Quick sauce
  • Cheese [shredded] mozzarella, parmesan

Method:

  1. In mixing bowl, thoroughly stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add oil and cut mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add milk all at once, stir until dough clings together.
  4. On lightly foured surface, knead dough gently 10-12 strokes. Roll or pat to ½” thickness.
  5. Place desired toppings on dough and bake at 450 F for 15 mins.
  6. Remove. Cool for 5 mins. Cut into pie segments and serve.
