Pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 – 11” pizza pan
- 2 c flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ c oil
- ½-2/3 c milk
- 1 green pepper [chopped]
- 1 mushroom [canned]
- Ground meat [cooked]
- Pizza Quick sauce
- Cheese [shredded] mozzarella, parmesan
Method:
- In mixing bowl, thoroughly stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add oil and cut mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add milk all at once, stir until dough clings together.
- On lightly foured surface, knead dough gently 10-12 strokes. Roll or pat to ½” thickness.
- Place desired toppings on dough and bake at 450 F for 15 mins.
- Remove. Cool for 5 mins. Cut into pie segments and serve.
