Rum Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 box / 12 oz / 340 gm Vanilla wafers
  • 6 oz / 1 ½ c Walnuts
  • 12 oz Chocolate chips [semi sweet]
  • 3 Tbsp Corn syrup
  • 1/3 c Rum

Method:

  1. Crush wafers and walnuts in food processor. Set aside.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in pan. Add corn syrup.
  3. Mix in the crushed mixture.
  4. Add rum. Stir until well mixed.
  5. While the mixture is warm, make into balls. Set aside. Cool.
  6. Roll in confectioner’s sugar. Serve.
