Rum Balls

Ingredients:
- 1 box / 12 oz / 340 gm Vanilla wafers
- 6 oz / 1 ½ c Walnuts
- 12 oz Chocolate chips [semi sweet]
- 3 Tbsp Corn syrup
- 1/3 c Rum
Method:
- Crush wafers and walnuts in food processor. Set aside.
- Melt chocolate chips in pan. Add corn syrup.
- Mix in the crushed mixture.
- Add rum. Stir until well mixed.
- While the mixture is warm, make into balls. Set aside. Cool.
- Roll in confectioner’s sugar. Serve.
